February's Library Picks & Reading Update!❤😊

Hello friends, I decided to utilize the library instead of 1- clicking on Amazon and downloading books on my kindle. Since it's Black History Month and I'm in love with black literature.  I'm studying The Harlem Renaissance, so I  grabbed the following books from the library: 1. Langston Hughes Jazz Poet of The Harlem Renaissance. 2. Their Eyes Were Watching God By Zora Neale Hurston ( audiobook) 3. Black Stars of The Harlem RenaissanceAfrican Americans Who Lived Their Dreams.  4. Grown by Tiffany D. Jackson. ( was on my  1- click list. )

      * Reading Update*  I read the Langston Hughes book.  I started the Black Stars book.   I've learned a lot about Hughes and other prominent black writers of the era.   I'm also reading a romance since it's the month of love. I'm reading  Let Me Love You by Alexandria House. I'm in search of a historical fiction story with the Harlem renaissance as the setting. if anyone knows of a book. please comment below.

* Thanks for stopping by I'll see you in my next post!*
